AMC Service

The Company agrees to provide the following services to keep the products in good working order, save for circumstances beyond the control of the Company.

Testing and fixing all bathroom fittings (excluding flush tank) for any kind of malfunctioning and leakages.

Tightening WC Seat Cover hinges to ensure smooth functioning.

Cleaning Aerators of spout (basin and shower area).

The Company agrees to provide the following services to keep the products in good working order, save for circumstances beyond the control of the Company.

Testing and fixing all bathroom fittings (excluding flush tank) for any kind of malfunctioning and leakages.

Tightening WC Seat Cover hinges to ensure smooth functioning.

Cleaning Aerators of spout (basin and shower area).

Scheduled Maintenance visits will be provided, subject to a maximum number of visits not exceeding ‘FOUR’ (in number) annually.

Scheduled Maintenance visits for routine service checks will be scheduled once in 3 months during the contract period; also the Customer will be informed in advance before making any such visits.

Any repairs or replacements (if needed), will first be informed to the Customer,before undertaking any such repairs or replacements.

All electrical items (like geyser, automated WC seat cover, etc.) are outside the scope of this contract and is not subject to any servicing by our plumbing technician.

Unscheduled, On-Call Service visits will be provided, subject to extra charges which are to be borne by the Customer.

Decision for the replacement of unserviceable or defective part shall be left to the discretion of the Company’s technical personnel. Such replacement will be subject to an Extra Cost that is to be borne by the Customer and is outside the scope of this agreement.

Service Timings: 10:30am - 6:00pm; the service is available only in Mumbai &Navi Mumbai.

All Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance Services will be close on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Cleaning complete bath fittings, basin and WC (WC bowl- only external cleaning) to make your bathroom look new as always.
